Our mission is to serve dependable open-fire food while creating cleaner gathering points, practical employment and shared ownership around every site.
We combine the energy of a neighbourhood braai with the discipline of a repeatable mobile operation. Customers choose each item, pay per piece and enjoy food finished over coal by a trained Braai Master.
Mobility helps us meet people where they are without introducing permanent structures. It also allows each site to be secured, cleaned and adapted responsibly.

Meet the Founder
Altonjunior Siima is a Florida Lake resident and the founder of The Braai Box Co. He started the business to bring hygienic, mobile, open-fire food to the community he calls home.
